The Mongolian Nature’s Legacy Foundation (MNLF) executes the procurement of all goods and services through transparent and fair competitive processes. Our procurement activities are founded on transparency, fair competition, quality, and cost-efficiency. We operate in strict compliance with the foundation's approved regulations and ethical guidelines. All procurement phases and processes are rigorously managed under a comprehensive internal control system
Supplier Registration
Organizations, companies, and independent consultants interested in collaborating with us are invited to register in our Supplier Database. Registered suppliers will be notified of upcoming tender announcements and procurement opportunities.

MNLF is committed to ensuring that the activities we fund do no harm to people or nature. Any individual, community, grantee, partner, or member of staff can raise a concern without fear of retaliation.
What you can report
Environmental or social safeguard breaches, human rights concerns, corruption, fraud, misuse of funds, or any adverse impact arising from an MNLF-funded activity.

What happens next
Every complaint is logged and acknowledged, then reviewed under our established procedure. Where a concern is upheld, corrective action is taken.
Confidentiality & protection
The identity of anyone raising a concern is kept confidential and protected from retaliation. MNLF maintains a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and corruption.
